With Valentines Day only a couple weeks away, love is in the air once again. We see pink and red decorations everywhere but what if the real color of love is hunters orange? Romance can be communicated in more ways than the traditional chocolates and flowers. Personally, I would take plugging in/ starting my truck on a cold morning over roses any day, but Valentines Day is the day to do or get something extra special for that special person in your life.

It may be hard to believe but a lot of what we do working in an armoury is all about love. We help people fall in love every day and are really gun cupids if you think about it. Someone comes into the store and we find just the thing to make their hearts beat extra fast, their eyes light up and huge smiles appear on their faces. That’s what true love is all about isn’t it?

If sentiment is what love means to you then we can help with that as well. We can often find that one firearm that your grandfather had and you’ve always wanted or we can clean, fix or restore a firearm that belonged to a family member and bring back all those memories it held.

Whatever love means to you, at Oley’s we will be the cupid to make it happen! But as I do every year, I strongly caution you all, what happens at Valentines is often born in deer season so celebrate your love but be safe my hunting friends.
